We have been in the restaurant business for over 10 years, learning as much as possible, and creating our own style everywhere we went. We fell in love with BBQ while living in The Lowcountry of South Carolina. The sense of friendship, and families sharing a meal that was cooked with such care and technique, is what we love most about it.

 

We got our start sharing our food with friends at parties and get togethers. Through great feedback and support, we moved onto catering larger parties and pop-ups, which has brought us to where we are today - on our very own food truck serving Burgers, BBQ, and Sandwiches The Wright Way.

 

Our self-described style is Lowcountry Influence with New England Swagger.
